The sling is built in two layers with a clear division of work:

• Load-bearing core — high-tenacity polyester (PES) filament yarn laid in continuous, endless loops. With no load-bearing stitching anywhere in the core, every fibre carries its share of the load and there is no single weak point.

• Protective sleeve — a densely woven PES cover that wraps the core. It absorbs abrasion, blocks UV and lets you see the condition of the core through the weave, so inspection is quick and honest.

A round sling has an endless core of continuous fibre loops inside a sleeve, giving it higher capacity and better shape-conforming flexibility for its size. A flat webbing sling is a stitched, flat belt — lighter-duty and easier to lay flat on wide loads.

How long does a custom 600T sling take to produce?

How does the WLL change with different hitches?

A vertical lift uses 100% of WLL. Choker hitches reduce capacity to about 80%, while basket hitches can increase it up to 2× depending on the leg angle — always follow the load chart.
